• More than 175 guests will require an additional setup and chair rental

Parking
Valet (Required)-$125.00 Per Valet Attendant (one for every 40 people) -- Scheduled by Culinard Special Events (One valet is free with the rental of the house)

Wedding cakes and catering are provided exclusively by Culinard. Please visit our website for information and pricing: www.culinardspecialevents.com.. Wedding cakes start at $2.50 per slice.

A $750 deposit is required to hold the mansion. The deposit is refundable approximately 40 days following your event, provided there are no violations or damages to the property.

There is a 20% service charge on all food and beverages and local and state taxes as applicable.
